Amara Ridge had just finished a two-year rebuild and needed a library that could carry a new direct-booking site, an OTA refresh and a year of social. The brief was simple to say and hard to do: make the humidity, the birds and the drop into the valley feel like something a guest can almost touch.

I shot across three days, structured around light rather than rooms — dawn on the east-facing suites, late afternoon in the gardens, blue hour at the pool with the lanterns lit. Between the set pieces I worked quietly around the housekeeping and kitchen teams so the property still felt lived in rather than staged.

The film runs on natural sound and long, slow moves. Nothing is sped up, nothing is scored to a drop. It is the property at its own pace, which is exactly the promise the villa makes to its guests.
