Fine line sessions

Studio Sepuluh's artists work almost exclusively in fine line, which is unforgiving to photograph: too much light and the linework disappears, too little and the skin goes grey.

I built a simple repeatable setup the artists can now use themselves between my visits — one soft source, one flag, a fixed distance — and shot a full library of fresh and healed work alongside portraits of each artist at their station.

It gave the studio something more useful than a campaign: a consistent way to document every piece that leaves the room.
